I haven't done Dr. Becky's, but 5 Steps is really focused on *your* emotional regulation as the parent, which I found super helpful. It's less about just 'fixing' the kid.

They're both good! 5 Steps felt more practical and gave me really concrete tools for when I was about to lose it. Good Inside is great for understanding the child's perspective, but I needed more 'what to do right now' type advice, which 5 Steps delivered on.
